FEB 2021 - THE QUEENS HEAD IS OPEN - FOR ADVANCE ROOM BOOKINGS.

All bookings are completely flexible. If you can't make the booking, we'll either refund you or move to a later date. No cost. No hassle!

We have done absolutely everything possible to make our inn a safe place to visit and enjoy.

However, this relies on the goodwill of our customers for it to work. Please help us to make it happen and be patient with us. Remember, It’s as new to us as it is to you!

Our priority at all times is the safety of our staff and our customers. We will have hand sanitiser stations available throughout the pub.

Our new operating procedures are as follows:

• We prefer you to book a table in advance so we can manage numbers. We will be running at limited capacity – about 50%
• Only every other table will be available to book – to keep customers socially distant when sat at tables
• Everybody will be greeted at the front door by a member of staff and shown to your table
• Everybody that comes to the pub will have to give us contact details – in case “track and trace” is required.
• It will be table service only – we will come to you to take your order and to bring your food and drink
• We hope to introduce an smart-phone app in the coming weeks to help with ordering – watch this space
• There will be a one way system through each room of the pub – one way in, one way out
• Please stay at your table as much as possible
• Toilets will run a traffic light system which you must obey – one person in, one person out. Toilets will be cleaned regularly.
• All pub door handles will be sanitised regularly
• Please use social distancing as much as possible
